I’m Caroline Baillie and I offer psychotherapy and facilitation near Stroud, Gloucestershire.

I am a Process Work therapist and facilitator and I work with anything you bring – this could include relationship difficulties, symptoms, night-time dreams, low self-esteem and inner criticism, trauma and abuse, addictions, eating disorders, creative blocks or feeling unsure about your direction in life. I take a special interest in neurodivergence and supporting people who are ND to navigate a NT world.

Process Work is deeply inclusive of all kinds of experiences; it is founded on the philosophy of deep democracy, namely the principle that diversity leads to a better, wiser and more sustainable whole. I welcome people of all abilities, ages, ethnic and racial backgrounds, nationalities, faiths, gender identities, relationship styles and sexual orientations to my practice.
