Whether you have a diagnosis or suspect you may have ADHD, you are very welcome to my practice.
Living with ADHD isn’t easy and can be distressing. It may be that you experience struggles with emotional regulation and executive function (including organisation and procrastination), and impostor syndrome or low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. ADHD can make it difficult to get going and complete tasks, and crucially and frustratingly, often ones that are meaningful to you.
Sensitivity in relationships (RSD – relationship sensitive dysphoria) can make relating tough, but with support, and as you begin to discover and cherish your strengths, things can change for the better.
Many of us develop coping strategies that make perfect sense at the time and that have supported us over the years, but that may now need an update.
My hope for you is that through our work together you begin to see yourself through a different lens, to value your unique strengths and qualities. And also to understand that it’s not you, but the world around you that really needs to adapt, accommodate and affirm difference.
